BOATS WITHOUT CREW The NelBlu-Charter fleet is composed of "Fast Cruising" vessels such as the fun First 31.7, the comfortable First 36.7, the First 42S7 Dune Mosse and the splendid Sun Odyssey 40. In the summer, these boats are based at the new Etrusca Marina at Puntone di Scarlino, a few kilometres from Follonica. The marina is an ideal point of departure for cruises towards the Tyrrhenian Sea, Corsica and Sardinia. From October to May, on the other hand, the fleet moves to Portovenere, a fascinating base from where you can explore the Golfo dei Poeti, the Cinque Terre. Or set off for Capraia and the Tuscan archipelago. BOATS WITH CREW The flagship of the fleet is the Ocean 71 Elmo's Fire, an exclusive 22-metre ketch that cruises the entire Mediterranean in the summer, and in the Caribbean in the winter. The skipper is Vittorio Malingri, who has bee a close friend of Giovanni’s for the past 20 years. Sir Drake is an 18-metre ketch based out of the island of Ischia that cruises the Pontine Islands and the Sorrentine coast, but customised cruises can also be arranged. Two new Sun Odyssey 54 DS are available all year round in Messina for cruising the islands of Sicily.
