| Contracts:
for boat charter in Italy standard contracts are recognised
by the category association. For charter overseas, contracts
must comply with the laws laid down by the country in question.
Contracts are usually forwarded after the booking is confirmed
and within the time frame established by the owner company.
Tariffs: unless
otherwise stated, charter prices include: use of the boat
during the agreed period, delivery and return of the boat,
third party insurance, partial or total loss insurance, mooring
fees, first and final night at the marina where delivery is
made. It does not include the following: ordinary running
costs, port expenses, provisions and government or navigation
taxes where requested. For fleet and single charters, the
individual rate (unless otherwise stated) includes: boat hire
and skipper. It does not include: transfer costs, association
fees, provisions.
Booking and registration:
all bookings are made in the name of the owner company concerned.
NelBlu functions as an INTERMEDIARY between the parties concerned
and cannot be held responsible for shortcomings in the contract
stipulated between the two parties (client and owner company)
regarding damage, collisions, loss, accidents, bad weather
conditions, etc. or any other contractual grievance.
Payment methods: at
the time of booking an advance of 50% the total charter fee
must be paid and the remainder forwarded no less than 30 days
before the charter period begins, unless otherwise stated
by the owner. For bookings made after the period, the entire
charter fee is requested. If these conditions are not respected,
the booking may be cancelled even if already confirmed. For
payment in foreign currencies the exchange rate on the day
of booking is applied.
Cancellations: in
case of cancellation the client may request reimbursement
of fees paid, less the following penalties: 50% up to 30 days
before the date of departure, 100% after and up to the date
of departure.
Deposits: at
the time of embarkation, a deposit of a value indicated in
the price list must be left to cover eventual damage or loss
of equipment not covered by insurance. This deposit will be
repaid in full after disembarkation in the case of no damage,
loss or contract violation. THERE IS NO INSURANCE FOR LOSS
OF, OR DAMAGE TO, THE TENDER AND OUTBOARD ENGINE.
Competent court:
for all claims the competent court will be the Milan
Tribunal.
